Arion hotel reception are good whatever it neeeded you can May call anytime they’ll help you very polite & professional and the Health club staff specially the Receptionist lady and staff was nice and pool was Good During my breakfast I met chef’s they’re so Good & well organized the breakfast was amazing I enjoyed I recommend this Arion hotel to friends & Family colleague everyone hopefully to see you soon Again

We had a huge room on the highest floor (we ordered a suite) with excellent bed and great bathroom. Very quiet and pleasant hotel. We used their transportation service from the airport, it was pretty expensive for Baku, but worth it. The breakfast was fair, not many choices, but ok. We came to hotel at 6 in the morning and they give the room and breakfast for half day price - fair enough. Very good service at reception, fast and professional. Our room was properly cleaned every day.

The room was good for family there was no bed they have to put mattress on the floor for my kids to sleep the mattress was extremely dirty they cover it with 2 sheets of linen. House keeping very nice they never hesitate to help out. Food was fairly good the hotel concder good but far from 5 stars hotel 🏨

The place is wonderful and has a comfortable, beautiful and elegant character, the staff's treatment was more than wonderful, special thanks +994709977775zaur and the cleanliness they have is wonderful, all the hotel facilities are very wonderful, the fact is the best hotel I stayed in in Azerbaijan, as I passed by several hotels, but they were not at the same high-class and wonderful level In dealing. The food they have is varied and delicious and the beds are very comfortable. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel and to zaur for the evening session of the tea that he prepared for us. We are really happy and we will be back soon to the same hotel
